A. Requests may be made through Secure Internet Site, Fax, or Batch File processing.

Internet: Orders requested via our web site are automatically entered and processed in our system. You will be provided with a secure entry area to place your orders and review status 24 hours daily.

Other: All requests sent by Email, Fax, or Batch File are input into our system throughout the day. Requests made after hours will be processed the following business day.

Q. How will we get results?

A. Internet, Fax, Batch File, or IVR.

We are constantly expanding our systems in order to provide you with more direct access to your results and verifications within our system. Our management team will keep you informed as to any changes and upgrades in our procedures.
