Social Security Track and Credit Reports
InfoCheck's Social Security Tracks are conducted through TransUnion Credit Reporting Agency. The Social Security Track provides verification that the social security number has been issued to that person and approximately when it was issued. It also lists all names and address' associated with that social security number for the last 7 years.
The Social Security Track also reports lists of maiden names or AKA names, approximate date of birth, and up to 2 employers. It verifies the information given to you by the applicant and will show any gaps that may have been intentionally omitted. By doing a criminal record search in the counties listed in the SS Track, we are able to find any criminal records.
To request a credit report for any applicant, you must first provide InfoCheck with a Consumer Report Access Agreement signed by that applicant. We will then do the credit report through TransUnion Credit Reporting Agency in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Social Security Tracks and Credit Reports are generally returned instantly or on the same day. |
