InfoCheck has a nation-wide network of court researchers and does not use third party data bases as these huge search engines are often not updated regularly and often do not include all criminal records.
Social Security Tracks report the counties of residence for the last 7 years, therefore determining which counties to do your criminal record searches in.
Felony (Superior) and Misdemeanor (Municipal) records are kept in the county courthouse where the crimes were committed. Federal records are kept in the appropriate federal district courthouse. Federal records show crimes against the Federal Government or crimes committed on Federal property and will not appear in other court records.
State-wide registries are kept by state agencies; Child Abuse, Adult Abuse and Sex Offender Registries are offered in most states.
