We do not share personal information without our client's express, written permission, except with researchers in the course of performing services for which the client has engaged InfoCheck. Personal information is shared with researchers solely for the purpose of conducting backgound checks, credit checks and tenant screening for our authorized clients.

InfoCheck, Inc. has a state-of-the-art computer system. We host our own website and all firewalls are secured by VeriSign. InfoCheck, uses SSL encryption to protect sensitive online data and keep data servers behind firewalls.
InfoCheck takes the same care in protecting all off-line data. All client data is restricted to key and password protected offices, accessed only by authorized personnel. All workstations are secured with industry standard logins and passwords. All database files are located behind additional firewalls and secured against unauthorized access.
InfoCheck retains personal information and investigative consumer reports in our system for 2 years after a report is provided to the client.
InfoCheck does not knowingly collect personal information on anyone under the age of 13, and will use good-faith efforts to remove any such information that is brought to our attention.
